3 oz Tomato puree
3 oz onion
2 tbsp cashew nut paste
3 oz coconut milk
1 oz whole red chili
1tsp cumin seed
1 tsp cinnamon
1tsp cardamom
2 bay leaves
4 cloves
½ tsp pepper corn
1 oz garlic
½ tsp ginger
1 tbsp vinegar
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp coriander powder
2 oz oil
Salt
Method-
Mix the entire ingredient together except for refined oil, onion, bay leaf, tomato puree, cashew paste and coconut milk.
Make a smooth paste of the above ingredient with water.
Heat oil adds bay leaf and chopped onion, cook till onions are brown.
Add the paste of masalas and cook well.
Add tomato puree and cashew paste and continue cooking for 10-15 min and finish with coconut milk and serve.
